Advantech Reports 3Q25 EPS of NT$3.20

Advantech (TWSE: 2395) today announced the following consolidated financial results for the third quarter of 2025 ending September 30: 

• Revenue :    NT$17.774 billion, remain flat QoQ and up 19% YoY

• Gross profit :   NT$6.908 billion, decline 3% QoQ and up 12% YoY

• Operating profit :    NT$2.708 billion, decline 13% QoQ and up 10% YoY

• Net income :   NT$2.766 billion, up 39% QoQ and up 23% YoY

• Earnings per share :  NT$3.20

Regarding the accumulated operating results of 3Q25 in US dollars, Advantech achieved an overall revenue of US$1,697 million, increased 25% YoY. In terms of geographic overview, North America, Europe, China, Taiwan, and Emerging markets outperformed with YoY growth of 23%, 22%, 14%, 24%, and 28%, respectively; North Asia market was flattish in YoY. By business units, Intelligent Service Sector (iService) grew by 58%; Intelligent Systems Sector (iSystems) and IoT Automation Sector (IAutomation) achieved 34% and 15% YoY growth, respectively; Embedded Sector increased by 11% YoY.

Mr. Eric Chen, CFO and President of General Management at Advantech stated, “The overall company’s Orders-to-Shipments ratio (B/B Ratio) of 3Q25 was 1.01. Among the three major regions, Europe demonstrated the strongest momentum with a B/B ratio of 1.10; China remained stable at 1.01; While North America decreased to 0.88 due to project cycle impacts.

Looking ahead to the fourth quarter, in response to rising raw material cost pressures and tightening supply chain challenges, Advantech has proactively taken measures in advance. The Company has reinforced supplier partnerships to safeguard material supply and is actively implementing alternative component solutions and design refinements to ensure uninterrupted shipments to customers. At the same time, Advantech is assessing appropriate price adjustments to reflect cost pressures and strengthen operational resilience, with the objective of reducing uncertainty and mitigating related risks.”
