We have recently received product change notice from manufacturer for the following products. This announcement takes effective immediately. Please review this notice carefully and contact with product manager or your regional representatives, should you have any question.
Description of the Change
Due to the EOL of the Samsung DDR5 1024X16, 2048×8 P-die, the DRAM IC solution for the following selected part numbers will transition to the Samsung DDR5 1024X16, 2048×8 Q-die. If your project does not have a specified Samsung die solution, we recommend validating the DDR5 Hynix DRAM IC solution, which currently offers a more favorable supply outlook and availability.
