Before joined Advantech, Linda Tsai gained substantial work experience in the PC industry, serving in companies such as Quanta and Clevo. She holds an M.Sc. in Information Resource Management from Syracuse University, USA, and a B.E. of Computer Science and Information Engineering from Tamkang University.
Currently, Linda serves as President of the Intelligent Systems Sector at Advantech. Since joining the company in 2005, she has successfully led the sector in driving significant growth across diverse product lines and business units, laying a solid foundation for the company’s long-term development.
In addition, Linda also serves as Chief Operations Officer (COO), expanding her leadership beyond her previous role as Co-President. In this position, she leverages her expertise in cross-business collaboration and supply chain operations to further enhance efficiency and unlock greater synergies. As COO, Linda will implement a Centralized & Localized Management Approach, built on two pillars:
- Local Operations Excellence – Driving performance improvement and fostering innovation across our factories and service operation centers worldwide.
- Global Strategic Alignment – Leading global procurement and supply chain operations, while directly overseeing the Taiwan factory to strengthen standardization, efficiency, and quality.
Through this dual-track approach, Advantech’s global operations will become more agile and efficient, accelerating decision-making and reinforcing the company’s leadership in Edge Computing and Edge AI.
